Well Glenn, since you're our sole 73 pilot here, figured I'd throw out the first "big iron" thread.
I've had the opportunity to fly the 757 & 767 Cat D simulators. I noticed that they have a rather noticeable pitch change whenever you adjust power, apparently due to the low-slung engines. Of course, the effect may have been exaggerated in the simulator.
Is this noticeable on the 737 as well? If so, was it a little hard getting used to after the CRJ?

Boeings with wing-mounted engines have always had that tendency. I'm not sure whether it's more prevalent in the 757/767 series because of the increased thrust of their engines, but it's definitely something you need to consider on the 737.
The advantage is that the nose goes where you want it to go when you push the thrust levers up for a go-around. The bad news is that every time you change your power setting on approach, there's a significant corresponding trim change. It's different than the CRJ, for sure. In the CRJ, it was exactly backwards of what it is on the 737. It's taking a little getting used to.
